In 5th September 2019 Dr Lazuras gave a talk as a panel expert to the Meeting of the Advisory Group on Education of the Council of Europe that was co-organised with UK Anti-Doping. Delegates included representatives from the World Anti-doping Agency, World Rugby, the International Olympics Committee, and Directors of Anti-Doping Organisations from 22 countries. Dr Lazuras presented Project IMPACT and explained how IMPACT’s communities of practice can help national and regional anti-doping organisations in implementing the International Standards for Education issued by the World Anti-Doping Agency.
